Managed to get out on the ice for a couple hours this afternoon. didn't catch anything though moved a lot the entire thime I was there but still, nothing, everyone I talked to said the same thing. This midwinter slow down in the fishing has me longing for some warm days casting a fly on a northern stream.
I'm gonna try and get back out tuesday morning to try again. Good luck out there, tight lines!
